Detailed Description

MIL-DTL-26482 Series 2 connectors have improved sealing compared to the 26482 Series I connectors, and rear hardware is not supplied, allowing for rear hardware versatility. MIL-DTL-26482 Series 2 harsh environment connectors consist of narrow and wide flange, cable connecting, and jam nut receptacles, as well as RFI grounding plugs and straight plugs. They are offered in 9 shell sizes and 33 insert arrangements, utilizing M39029 crimp contacts in sizes 20, 16, and 12. MIL-DTL-26482 Series 2 connectors are offered in aluminum shells. They are also available in a wide assortment of plating options, including olive drab cadmium, electroless nickel, and black anodic all over aluminum shell. Selection includes RoHS certified cadmium free finishes and Boeing BACC-approved designs.
