Pre-assembled coupler quickly joins two sections of hinged channel and/or fittings. Mechanically attaches without tightening bolts. Bolts release using 5/16" nut driver to allow coupler to be removed if necessary, Yellow.

The single wire DIN end sleeve insulated ferrule in gray has a funnel entry for faster insertion and lower installation cost. It is intended for American Wire Gauge (AWG) #12 (4.0 mm²) wire ferrules and supports a maximum wire insulated diameter of 0.19 (4.8 mm). The insulated ferrule is 0.69 (17.5 mm) long and has a wire strip length of 0.531 (13.5 mm). It comes in standard packages of 500.

Used to carry the cables vertically to the front or the back of equipment racks throughout the system. Accepts hinged cover HC2YL6. Extra supports required when used in horizontal applications. Use QuikLock Coupler FBC2X2YL to attach channel and/or fittings. Base and covers sold separately.

Optional snap-on cover for hinged channel HS2X2YL6 or H2X2YL6. The innovative cover can hinge open to 90° from either side of the channel and be removed completely if desired. Base and covers sold separately.

Thin wall VW-1 heat shrink on 100 foot reel, .05" (1.2mm) diameter, black cross-linked polyolefin.
